They are Impul R701

You would be lucky to find complete center caps for them at all.

They normally look like this when complete:

Thought I remembered a discussion about these and their caps. Might be too late, but 10 hours to go on these and at about $62 at the moment with only 1 bidder. Almost certainly an Aussie bidder too, so I hope I'm not raining on anyone's parade.
