Feeler: MK1 VW Rabbit Parts

I found a MK1 rabbit for sale near me and I want to buy it. It's an auto and I feel the tranny is going out so I had an idea to gut it and make it into a towable camper van for fun. That means I'd put the engine, drivetrain, and interior up for sale. Is there any interest in any of these parts? Just trying to gauge what people want, car would be located in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Willing to ship on buyers dime if I get it.
