            • How is everyone exporting their photos or saving them before uploading to flickr. My photos look horrible after uploading.

              • I've been just exporting as HQ jpegs... But that is after down sizing them to 1024x768. That is where I lose quality.

Im importing to LR, exporting to desktop in highest quality SRGB, opening in photoshop, doing some watermarking and saving in highest qaulity jpeg. then uploading to Flickr. Looks fine in the "explorer" but when I click on all sizes, the quality is intantly horrible and no matter what size i link to it looks bad in all browsers.

See, you can tell by how bad the watermark looks.

                  • Yeah, I do exactly the same. I have noticed they come out quite low and grainy.

Would love to know how all the other guys export their photos to Flickr.

                      • I've definitely noticed a decline in image quality on Flickr... especially with artifacting in the shadows.

                        • I use Imgur to host my pictures. The pictures dont seem to lose quality on that site.
