E34 Coilover advice

So looking to drop my E34 pretty low. I heard for nex/ground control you have to modify the front strut housing, does the same apply for BC coils for the E34 or is it a direct drop in? I'd love to see some E34 pics with different coil setups. Any recommendations?

There is only one direct drop in kit for the e34. JOMs and I read they're horrible. The strut has to be cut to work properly with a coilover. I have cheap Kidos but they're hard to find. Most guys swear by GC and the do have a great service and product. BC are probably the second runner up. I wish I would have went with them personally. There are TONS of kits for the e34. Ksport,D2, Megan, KW, Just search man, the info is out there.
