  • BMW E30 M20 Turbo Kit. 99% complete

I have decided to part with my turbo car. I am selling the turbo kit as a whole. It has treated me right for the past year. I'd say I put about 5k miles on the setup. I forgot to keep track...but I didn't drive much. To and from school and the occasional weekend drive. I had this setup to run about ~8 lbs of boost. It was quite responsive, but just like any turbo there will be a bit of lag.

Why the title says 99%: In order to run properly the setup needs a few misc vacuum hoses, hose clamps, and maybe a bolt or two. It also needs headstuds (ARP, or Metric blues. I was using metric blues). You might need new spark plugs as well. NGK makes great plugs. The turbo also needs an air filter. The one I have appears to be cracked Also, read about the oil filter housing below.

Price: 2k OBO. Or trade for s50/s52!

Local pick up is preferred of course but I will ship at buyers expense. Exhaust is not shippable.

    Details
    T3 Turbo
eBay turbo manifold. Modifications to the oil filter housing will have to be made. You can either use flexible oil lines for the oil cooler, or just cap the holes. I used a plug from home depot and some high temp RTV and it worked pretty well. I didn't run an oil cooler.
    30lb injectors
Turbo chip. Works great with the 30lb'ers and RRFPR.
    Intercooler with mounts
2.5" intercooler piping with all necessary silicone couplers and clamps
2.5" downpipe with wastegate attached. Welded bung for LC-1
    Manual Boost Controller
3" exhaust with exhaust clamps. Resonator and muffler. Straight through. Not too loud. Sounds very nice.
Begi 2025 RRFPR. Adjusted for 30lb injectors and 8lbs of boost.
    Purple BOV. Very loud.
Intake Manifold hub. Fits 3 vacuum lines (BOV, WG, FPR) I T'd into the FPR line for the boost gauge signal and RRFPR signal.
Oil feed and drain (4an, 10an) You will need a drain fitting to either weld onto the oil pan, or thread on. 10an is the size.
    VDO boost/vacuum gauge
VDO Oil Pressure gauge with pressure sender
Innovate Lc-1 Wideband controller and gauge. Ports included to plug into laptop.
Gauge holder. It mounts where the stock coin tray usually is. I had the lc-1 and oil pressure gauge in it.

Oil pressure gauge. It has all of the wires ready to be spliced into power/ground/signal.

Those are the only 2 videos I have. It sounded very nice. There was no highway drone either which was nice.
