Powdercoating three piece wheels...

I recently picked up a set of three piece AMEs and this will be the first set of multipiece wheels that I have had refinished...

This weekend I removed the faces and I will take them to the powdercoater this week. When I have them coated, does the entire face get coated? Or should the part that comes in contact with the lip and barrel be masked off?

Mating surfaces should be masked off, including the back pad

Thanks! Speaking of the back pad...it is currently pretty gnarly with surface rust and oxidation. It will be sandblasted off...but then should I seal it someway since it wont get powdercoated?

Yeah just sandblast the entire face and then tape off the mating surface on both sides before blowing powder.
