Help cutting e28 springs hampton roads VA

So I decided I want to drop my e28 by cutting the stock springs. About 2 coils off the rear and 1.5 off the front. However, I have no experience with suspension so I'll definitely need a lot of help and guidance. I also have a limited selection of tools and space being that I live in a townhouse. So is there anyone in my area who would be willing to help. I am more than willing to come to you and offer payment of some sort. Sorry no beer I'm only 20.
