help me with fitment on my e30? offset help mostly

hey guys, i'm sure i'm gonna get a lot of **** for this, but i wanna buy custom made steelies for my e30. I'm wanting to run 16x10 rear and 16x9 up front. My question basically is what offset should i run to be nice and flush with no camber in the back? (i have front camber plates and would like camber in the front still. help me out please guys?
