JIC coils on new wrx

Whats up guys. My friend picked up a set of JIC magic FLT series coils for his 2013 WRX (14k spring rate front 12k rear), we spun them as low as we could in the rear(shock body wouldn't move anymore) and the car just doesn't sit low.
I know nothing about his platform or these coilovers...any tricks to going low? will the coils spin down anymore or will they always be showing threads, is camber how these cars get low?

JIC often do not go low at all. They are a solid 2" higher than a lot of coils i've come across.
