Noisey Rokkor e46

Hi all,

I've had in my Rokkor coilovers in for a while now when I bounce it sounds like metal hitting together an when I start turning my wheel it sounds like the spring in binding anyone had this issue or know what it would be? I have my helpers out.I see there's a metal above the bump stop should I have taking this out? Should I put back in one of the peaces of plastic that separated the helper from the spring?

The issue is you're using Rokkors. Even more to the point, you're using butchered Rokkors.

Try a 5mm spacer up front I bet your fronts are rubbing on the coilovers a smidge

I dont have my helper springs in and I dont have issues on my tuning art coilover's
