  • LS1/T56 pickup on a small island up north.....

Wanted to share the car that I started building when I was 17 and took 13 hard months to finish.

    It's a Chevrolet S10 with a LS1 and a T56 6 speed, full cage, König buckets, 4 point harness, ZQ8 wheels from a 2nd gen S10 and alot of other stuff!

The concept was to build a car for myself so that I would enjoy driving it and looking at it, now I have driven it for about 3 months on and off and all I can say is this turned out alot better than I expected.

All of the pictures above were shoot by my friend Emil, if you want to check out more of his stuff; This is his Flickr

A couple of pictures from the track

This is just an overview on what I did and doesn't give this project any justice....

This is the setup I ran this summer, hopefully I will have lower profile tires and more low or maybe new wheels,,,, but that is a BIG maybe!

    C&C are welcome !

Looks sick! I love those wheels on this, they fit it perfectly. I've always had a soft spot for the square body s10's and silverado's. Just my opinion, but the tailgate would look so much better smoothed with the tag in the rollpan like this:

Keep up the good work, and post some track vids!

Was absolutely in love with it until I saw the tailgate. Otherwise, bang on, friend.
