vw aba 16v turbo part out

I am currently parting a 1995 vw golf. Has built aba 16vt engine with forged internals and 02a tranny. motor was built to run 40psi and make over 650hp. Was built right with money not being an issue, have over 20k into motor and tranny alone. engine is still in car and can be started and drove, only issue is that its still on a base tune running low psi. only test miles on the motor, about 300!! Motor and ecu were buttoned up by pgperformance.
