Just have a few small things to piece together, but other than that everything is ready to go back in. Decided on a BW 362sxe and shooting for 500hp or a little over. Right now I'm stuck at school so I'll keep working on it when I get some time off. Here's some pics of when I pulled the engine. I have no pics but it's stripped down to the bare block. I'm thinking about building the bottom end but my pockets aren't agreeing with me right now lol

Fuck yeah, McMaster Carr oil feed lines! I use those on one of my projects, too.

Very cool build, love the direction you're going.

Summer is coming fast and I can't wait. Here are some bad looking pictures but bare with me because my hands were dirty lol. Anyway, I pan on bleeding the clutch and starting it for the first time this weekend (if I can get some time). I have a feeling I'll have to mess with the base map a little but everything is going smooth so far

Thanks for the love bro!! That's what I was going for when I had the idea of building DS1's, I wanted something that nobody had. The final specs are 17x9 and 17x9.5 with 215/40 and 235/40. I can't comment on the offset since I've never measured them. They sit perfect with a slight roll and pull on the fenders. Fronts have 3" lip and the rears have 3.5"

Ayyy thanks man! Seems like everyone always comments on the wheels. I really wish they were never powdercoated white though...originally they were supposed to be an OEM silver color. I may be selling them and building another 3 piece set of wheels so I have something to do this winter. Or maybe I'll keep them and just build another set lol idk

Very excited for the future of this build. This is a fully forged 6061-T6 Aluminum M System II, also known as the “Throwing Stars” or style 21's. The faces are a single piece unlike the originals. I keep getting questions about this and these are not in anyway associated with the OEM wheels. That means there's no taking off the throwing stars. I went with hand brushed and cleared faces for the final finish. Other than that, they retain the original design and functionality aspects. Completely hidden hardware to keep the OEM+ look of the wheel, and accented by custom aluminum center caps. Final specs are 18x9 with a 3” lip and 18x11 with a 5” lip. The wheels won't fit the car with the stock arches, so I will be welding on hand made arches and molding them to retain an OEM+ look. Sorry for the iPhone pictures in advance. More build pics coming soon...
