  • It has begun! Bagged W124 Coupe!

My journey into bagging my 1990 300CE has officially begun. My part collecting so far includes a 5 gallon fatty tank, Viair 444c compressor w/ check valve, AirLift manifolds, 50' of 3\8 line, and my custom controller (see my pics). All I need now is a water trap, Firestone 2500 bags, and gauges. Really wanting digital gauges.

I really wish I knew for wheels. Possibly Carlssons, but I'm having trouble finding something that looks right.

Alas, the Cossie went to a home where it would be better appreciated. Bagging one of me Benz's has been a plan for a while and that car deff wasn't the one to do it to.

Ryan, in between your build, you think you might have sometime to mess around with the Benz with me?

Started the wiring harness for the controller today. Using connectors and pins I picked up from RadioShack so that I can plug/unplug the harness at the controller and at the manifolds. Should make thing easier and cleaner. Lots of pics this weekend on my days off from work. Hopefully, I'll have it all wired up, plumbed, and mounted this week so that when the bags show up, it'll be plug and play!

Also, still hunting for wheels, if anyone has any or knows of any leads, please LMK.
