So I decided to make a part 2 of sorts, since I've recently picked up my own personal camera and can actually update frequently.
This has been a 5 year on and off project, been through several wheel setups, transmissions and styles. I've finally decided to go back to the original plan that I had a few years into even purchasing the car. The picture below is the last stage it was in before being sent off to the shop for the wiring job to be done on the swap.
The engine that I have swapped into my car is from an 06 tibby, about 40-50 more horsepower and 35+ torque than the gas sipping accent motor that I burnt out.
The wiring is done, and I have recently thrown in a stage 3 - six puck clutch kit to put more of that power to the ground. The BBS RM's have since then, been sold to a buddy of mine. Debating on getting these wheels back now under, 15x8.5 +7 | 15x9 +3 specs or going for some 16's to fill up the wheel wells a little bit more. The next step that I have planned is fabbing up an straight pipe exhaust with an ISIS muffler. Going to be joining a few autocross and road racing organizations this summer, so im trying to crank out all the horsepower I can.
