Lips for Garson Ryugi

After some research, it looks like my 19" Ryugi can use the common 40 hole reverse lips. The ID of the existing lips / barrel are ~16.9".

Can anyone confirm for me before I order?

Also, any suggestions as to where I would find 8", 9" and 9.5" lips for them?
