Yeah that's what I'm saying. On my cars I prefer them to be mostly level with a slight rake, but an e36 needs lots of rake or it would look retarded.

On late E30's it's nicer with rake.

cars look faster and more nimble with forward rake. The bigger the car, the better it looks level (eg: 3 series looks best with rake, 7 series can look a little silly with rake)
            God bless this mess

              Some need rake IMO.

A good example as already pointed out is the E36.

Some others don't look so great with rake. It totally depends on the car to me.

I give everything .5" of rake measured from the rocker to the ground right in front of the rear wheel, and right behind the front wheel. This might be slightly more than that, gotta measure it again.

Like other have said, depends on the car really.

Most smaller cars look best with a little forward rake.

However, I think big bodied full size cars look the best with level rockers, even if the rears are tucking quite a bit.

As long as it isn't reverse rake, that's just bad all the time

I like slight rake, my car had .5" of rake. I think on most vehicles this is the best look. Not all tho. Some big bodied cars can pull of the level look really well.

I love a bit of rake on a two door, especially the early muscle cars. But the longer the car the more level it should be. But yeah no reverse rake please

                            RWD rake = good
                            FWD rake = weird
