Help taking apart RY's

Could not really find a lot of information on this particular rim and figured I'd have more luck asking you guys. Unlike the RS's or LM's that have bolts, these have some type of rivet. I was wondering if there is anyway to remove them and if possible, replace them with the bolts?

looks like it from the picture...my guess is that they use bolts similar to style 5's where you don't need to hold the bolt and tighten the nut, but just tighten the nut..what does it look like from the back?

its flat, somewhat reminds me of a pop rivet. its just a flat looking metal piece with nothing to screw out. Is grinding the backside a possibility? i'll try to take a picture of what it looks like

I know this thread is old. Did you ever figure this out? Looking at a set of RYs and I will want to take them apart.
