Materials (extra ordered for stock and brought just in case)
Mid-pipe half-way done
Tacking hangers in place before finish welding the mid-pipe with muffler in place.
Done with the mid-pipe sans v-band and over-axle curve.
Bruce enjoying some beer while I check for leaks. Dig the ENORMOUS rip in his pants.
Morning arrives, rain begins to fall.
Beginning to mock up the tip, which I made from scratch, including polishing.
Tail-pipe complete, before re-polishing.
Evening approaching.... Again.
All welded up and ready for leak test.
Back on the ground.
And done! Excuse the filth, it has been raining on and off for a couple of days now.
