  • BBS RS 035 RS 037 4x100 Re drill

    Hey there,

I acquired a set of BBS RS 035 and 037s for a very cheap price from Japan. After I recieved I found out that they weren't flat back and the centre bore was 73mm, plans were to get them drilled to 4x100

After researching alot, most people it was not possible as they were not flat back and a 73mm centre bore.

Being in New Zealand meant that there were really not much people willing to redrill and the ones who were wanted a REALLY high price or weren't willing cause of center bore and being non flat back. Untill contacted my good old friend

Well, I bite the bullet and there they are redrilled all safe and sound

    Centres removed

Really pleased with the end result

That's a lot of weld and a lot of heat, not to mention how thin they are between the lug holes and center bore. I wouldn't run them.

i had a set of 16" 5x120 RS211 done similar to this. They had to be drilled for tuner lugs because of the large BMW bore. They turned out fine.

Mine looked the same exact way with the same center bore i'm pretty sure. Ran them for over a year on my daily. Nothing wrong with running these.
