      in most cases, i sand blast the rims before restauration...

      We are in present now, this week i finished up some BBS RS....

      i started with this...



      sand blasted...



      painted in alpineweiss III



      polished...



      ready for assembling ..

              Yes, they are 4x100 7x15'' all around, originally they came in 6x15 and 7x15'' on BMW e21 model

                          I never use powder....

                          its 3 coat paint work... gold base over white base and then 3 layer of ceramic clear coat.
