how far out should i space my wheels

I got some 5 spoke steel rims that are 15x8" and I'm not sure how far out i should space then on my 2002 honda civic coupe and what the best kinda tires would look good streached

and i have to get them as bolt adaptors to change them from 4x114.3 to 4x100 to fit my civic

how do i measure that or will it be marked on the rim sorry I'm new to suspension and wheel stuff

One-piece wheels will typically have the offset marked somewhere on the inside. Two and three-piece wheels may be marked, but if they've been rebuilt, that marking may not be correct. In either case, search for how to measure offset - it's not difficult.
