Yep, there are some troubles cause of the "culture" of building. Just now I'm searching for a bigger garage with more powerful tools and abilities for better approach to safety.
By this year i had to work with my car near the campus where i lived or in friends garages.

This is by far the best Niva I have ever seen
It looked like a hot rod with no bonnet and no fenders.
Can't wait to see the v8 swap and maybe a paint job so that all the panels look the same
