        • Backyard BBQ burger in a bowl (from The Counter Burger in Seattle)
          -1/3lb beef patty, lettuce blend, chopped red onion, coleslaw, horseradish cheddar, black forrest ham, onion strings, scallions, tomatoes, ranch and bbq sauce.

                I have 3 blocks (1 from Ikea, lol) as well as 2 knives that are super awesome and a Portuguese stainless carbon chef kit. I will get pics later for you.

                    went a couple days ago got 1/3 lb, gruyere, carrot strings, pickles, lettuce, sprouts, with garlic aioli.

                    time before 1/3 lb, bleu cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, with chipotle aioli.

                      • Company dinner for my new game release yesterday at Maximilien's french café in Pike Place:

                        "a seared Oregon natural beef tenderloin studded with black garlic served with potatoes fondante, green beans and a black pepper, tarragon demi-glace with seared foie gras.
