i have a set of JOM's on my e36.5 and the rear coils seem to be making contact. This has prompted me to start looking for some new rear springs, but I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions on a stiffer set of rear springs that i could just throw in to avoid that contact without raising the back up too much?

    What's an E36.5?

Making contact on what? There really is nothing there that could make contact unless it's your wheel with the offset being too high or you've installed it wrong.

Find out where it's contacting and it should be clear what the problem is and you mostly likely will not have to get different springs.

If you need different springs they're easier to find than making a thread here. This is a very popular car.

by making contact do you mean bottoming out?

If i remember correctly the e36/5 is the compact, the e36/4 is the z3, e36/7 is the mroadster and the e36/8 is the z3/mcoupe

      Weird parts bin bmw's.
