You're skeptical because you don't know anything about builds.
Dynosty stage 1 built block, cnc billet crank girdle, arp mainstuds, l19 headstuds, dynosty headgasket, uprev oil pump, brian crower 272 cams + bc valvesprings/titanium retainers (that's what that pic is of up there, the one that says BC). Haltech PNP harness, dual wideband O2, 4 bar map sensor, ait sensor, wired for brake boost (350z's cut power when on gas and brakes). Automatic to manual swap with spec super twin (dynosty stock ecu reflashed for this and 272 cams). Custom turbo kit to be fabbed, mid mount with the long tube headers (notice the vband flanges). Ati fluid super damper (that's a dead give away this is a serious build, don't know anything if you didn't notice that). Motor able to rev to 8,500rpm, we'll see if the 7175 billet .96 a/r is capable of that. 1200cc injectors, -10 feed, -6 return aeromotive fpr, veyron fuel pump (yes I said veyron fuel pump, go look it up before you start doubting me there too).
The car will be at the july stance show around here hopefully. Just because a ton of people are full of sh*t doesn't mean I am. Just means you don't know how to recognize.

You spend the last year building a car from the ground up and see how you react.

Eventually yes. Next on the list are coils, rear camber kit (won't be truely negative, actually hoping for slightly pos camber...), and bbk.
@ open deck comment. Here's another car with almost identical engine. I've got wiseco pistons with upgraded wrist pins and over bore, he's got cp's (otherwise identical, very similar fuel system):
Been running for a couple of years now and currently is currently running at 800whp. My car hopefully will be a bit lighter, and has a 3.3fd... Can you say 50mph in first? Or how about 2nd gear highway pulls? How about 198 at the top of 5th? How about a theoretical 250 at the top of 6th?
Also will be doing a full aero package for the bottom of the car... (aero engineering is my major, so will be working on that the legit way )
PS:
rear fenders have been cut. The siebon's are 10mm over, so the 305 should be a near perfect flush. If not, next set of tires will be a 315 + cutting of the siebons.

18x35x305 in the rear rubs on oem fenders by about 7.8mm. Like I said above, stock fenders have been cut and siebon overs are 10mm wider.
245's are flush in the front.
There's more to a car than just the fitment of the wheels. A lot more. With this offset and fitment it'll look better than 99% of the z's out there.
Beyond that, it's on jackstands.
No redic camber here to fit oversized wheels, just straight up correct fitment.

You certainly have a beastly build in the works but take it easy on the asshole comments. This is a fitment forum and you post a high HP build. Of course people will flame you and be skeptical. Don't fuel the fire by being rude.

I'm all for function > form & I'm pretty sure with his sizes he's going to be running, might look pretty beastly & sit nice. Let's just all enjoy in the mean time

I'm all over the FI forum. Not posting a build thread there till it's done.
I think you guys will like the way it sits. Might not be slammed, but it'll have that rwb style clean fitment.
Lol I'm a dick, but if you got your forum experience completely from the FI section on my350z, you'd be rough edged too. **** gets flamed, can't help it. I'm pretty chill though if you meet me.
Flywheel bolts come in on wed. Car will be on the ground for the first time in over 7 months soon after. Will see about getting fenders fitted before then and may have some pics.

Looks like it's going to be a beast. Can the stock transmission internals handle that kind of power?
