Just got back from a great weekend in Winston-Salem NC at the 9th annual Vintage BMW show. 282 cars showed from all over the country and it was one of the best BMW gatherings i have ever been to!

I'm still working on uploading pics from the show, but for now I have a few of my car.

They parked me in front of the Spaten beer garden at the show! Free Spaten beer all day!

Whats funny is I cant stand black wheels or style 5's either... I bought those wheels because i was desperate for a set of wheels after selling my Dinan's. But now i love them on my car. My only complaint is the rears aren't 17x9.

I **** black wheels as well, but I think they look so sick on this. If I ever had a black car I would probably black my wheels as well now that I think of it. Murder

Thanks! It took a lot of time and patience to find all of the parts. I'm about to do a manual window conversion on all 4 windows since my rear window motors decided to die recently.

Love your e28. Like a few others said, I'm not usually a fan of black on black, but it really works with your car. I think the silver bolts on the style 5's provide the needed contrast to pull of the "murdered" look.

There are a bunch of other wheels i would love to have. ACS type 1 race, BBS RS, Hartge design C's, HRE's, etc to name a few. but most of my $ has gone into the motor/turbo setup. One day i will own a set of bad ass wheels. I'm working on a set of coilover's, manual window's, and a few other goodies at the moment.
