Default Best Cheap Stretch?
I'm looking for cheap tires that stretch safely on two 15 x 8 and two 15 x 10 wheels. I'm borrowing them from a friend who wants to sell them to me. If they look good with stretch, I have no problem keeping them. If not, I don't want to feel like I've thrown away my bank account.
