Default Stancehouse tenant applications now open (vic)


Got a spare room at my joint to rent out, as my last room mate has just moved out. If anyone's interested let me know... looking for someone reliable and trustworthy, thought I'd extend the invitation to you guys.

It's with me and my GF (and cat) in 2 bedroom flat in Box Hill
-10 min walk from train station
-Bus stop outside
-Garage space negotiable.. otherwise street parking, safe area
-ADSL2+

$150per week including bills, paid monthly.
