E61 on bags?

Hey fellas. I have an 06 530it with oem air suspension in the rear. I'm in the market for a full custom air ride suspension but so far every kit I have seen is advertised for non self leveling cars. Do they say that simply because you'd get error codes or its a complete different design for the rears? It's got shocks and separate bags in the rears. Strut design in the fronts.
