  • 1979 Ford Granada 2.8i Ghia (Euro)

    EURO Ford Granada 1979 MK2 Serie1 converted to Serie 2(Facelift)

    Engine: V6 2.8 Electronic Injection Twin Turbo, 3.0 Stroker kit with 2.6 crankshaft making it back to 2.8 again with lower compression.
    Balanced crankshaft and lightened/balanced flywheel. Nira i3 Engine management system. 2xIHI RBH5 Turbo. Estimated 250hp(150hp standard)

    Exhaust: Complete Stainless steel from headers, TIG welded by myself..

    Gearbox: 5speed type9(OEM) with original clutch, will be changed to a T5 sometime

    Brakes: 997 Brake booster and master cylinder. Front 993 Turbo front caliper / E46 M3 Disc Rear 987 S Front caliper / E46 M3 disc.

    Suspension: 2way adjustable Ridetech Shockwaves front and rear. Modified trailing arms front and rear.

    Air: Accuair E-level with 2x 440Viair and 20liter tank.

    Wheels: BBS RS 10x17 and 9x17 Dunlop SP9000 255/40-17 and 235/40-17

    Trunk: Teak, the maritime version (60meters total) with 5 layers of Clear coat.

    Original Ford RS Motorsport body kit (Rare)

    Injection interior(!) with the Recaro front seats

          I love mk2 Granadas, my family had quite a few when I was growing up.

          Definitely going to need some more photos, pal, because this is looking bad-ass.

                Thanks everyone
                I have had this car for 12 years now and it have been in the garage for the last 10.
                Wheels have been downsized from 18 to 17 now. It surely looks good with 18, but not at crusing hight
                The car have the optional RS body kit from Ford with Recaro front seats(same as Sierra Cosworth)
