  • Megan Coilovers front in cv boot axle

Hey guys I'm kinda new here but I've been looking through posts and builds on here and never really bothered to post or anything.

Anyway I've ripped my cv boot two times already... yes two times because of my front passenger side coilovers bottom threads is hitting the cv boot, so I raised up an inch and it was still close to hitting the cv boot but I thought I would have room, but no it ripped out again after 50 miles of driving...

Here a image of my brand new passenger axle before it got ripped for 2nd time this is how close I was to the cv boot...

This is what driver side looks like and it never hit the cv boot! The ride height are exactly the same by the way.

Can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong? Should I put the decrease the preload on passenger side and put bottom threads up?

Btw... the coilovers are Megan St Racing series. w/ 32 ways dampers settings.
Working...
