  • 1959 Classic Mini Build

I've followed a lot of builds here for a long time, and decided my build is far enough along to join and contribute. I've been ground up building a 1959 Morris Mini-Minor for about 9 months, and it's now in finishing stages so I can begin to play with modifications to get it low. Classic minis have some pretty decent limitations for lowering due to space, and i'm compounding that by not doing flares... I want a stock flat sided mini tucked.

I'll start another thread under the build section, but the whole build is captured on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/project_turncoat/

Possibly. I have an event that I've been working toward on the 30th of this month, and then doors come back off for final paint. should be completely wrapped up by Mid May, and then i'll start looking at events all over.

I know there is a Mini-Meet East in Tennessee I'll be heading to, and the vintage races in Put-In-Bay in October I believe.
