Hi guys, Stratten from South Africa here, just wanted to share my bagged big turbo volvo C30 with you.
Finally got this car rolling again after various set backs during the last 18 months but it's been worth it.
Its a 2007 Volvo C30 T5 Manual.

Wossner 8.5:1 Pistons
Stock head and cams (but have a fully ported and flowed head with 272 Degree 10.8 lift ENEM billet cams, 1mm oversize valves andHigh rev solid lifter spring kit from an evo 10000rpm capable to fit)
750cc Injectors
SMF flywheel and pressure plate with 4 puck clutch plate (replacing soon with Triple plate and new flywheel when it dies)
Elevate intake manifold plenum
ATP T3 flange exhaust manifold
ATP 38mm 2 bolt flange to 44mm Vband adapter kit
44mm Tial MVS wastegate
Garrett GTX3076R turbo with Kinugawa 10cm T3 V band outlet turbine housing.
3.5" TMSS stainless DPwith wastegate pipe return
TMSS Intake with 4" BMC filter
Turbosmart 38mm DV modded to be recirculating
Bell FMIC
IPD coilpacks
RS Ecu cover
Custom ACT BT mapping on OEM ECU
Transaxle clutch type LSD
Setrab external oil cooler
Bosch 044 external fuel pump with 4L surge tank and external pressure regulator
Braided 1/2" Teflon fuel and 3/8" oil lines

Suspension and Brakes
Airlift performance bags on BC V1 coilovers
Twin 400C compressors with 4 Gal Airlift 4 port tank
Custom Hardline install
Accuair switchspeed with dual needle gauges
Custom rear control arms
Elevate rear anti sway bar
Vari 356mm fully floating discs with 8 pot calipers front and 345mm 2 piece discs with 4 pot calipers with integrated handbrake rear
Braided teflon brake hoses
Wheels & Tyres
18" OZ Stenmetz 2pc wheels
8.5J ET30 front
10J ET31 rear with 7mm spacer
215/35R18 Nexen N1000 tyres all round

Full V2/R-Design bodykit colour coded

GFB G-force 2 boost controller
Goal is to see how far we can push this setup, whilst keeping the oem ecu etc.
Eventual goal is to convert to AWD as well.
