Thanks man! I'm not sure what color I'll be doing yet. I have a few ideas in my head but I haven't made a finial decision. The wheels I'm running now are 13x8 Alleycat Specials with 195/45/13 Continental contisport contact tires. And as much as I love 16v turbos I don't think I'll be going that route with this motor....at least not anytime soon. I'm a sucker for old school style and na power. I don't need a 500hp rabbit
yea oath man !! i love NA power, but yea i love my turbo 4clys, I'm all for it tho had a 2.0l 8v from a mk3 in my mk1 was best conversion ever haha 2.slow, would of loved a 16v love the build dude !!

Any chance of this becoming a little mini pick up?

That thought has crossed my mind a few times, but I'll be putting a top on it.

loving the attention to detail you're putting into it.

It's a lot of work, but worth it. At least rabbits are small!

                            Going insane....

I started the wiring....and let me just say it is going great. Whoever owned this car before me did some pretty crazy things to the electrical system. I am considering re-wiring everything. Use new fuse boxes, toggles for turns, hazards, lights, fan, fuel pump, ignition and a push button start. Don't need anything else. Plus I think it would be easier and cleaner looking instead of mating the 16v harness to the cars old harness. I had originally planned on doing a few toggles for the fuel pump and fan, then mating the cars harness to the 16v one. But now I don't know......Thoughts? Opinions?
