No, I went there yesterday and the car is collecting dust on the same place it has been for what must be a year now?.

I have been stupid busy at work, the new baby has been quite a challenge honestly. I am not one of those that will throw away their kids to their mom so being there takes the mind away from the less important stuff, I constantly forget owning that car.

Its cool because its like a rush of emotion every time I remember.

Some days while commuting to work I see cars that I would like to own in certain way, (Oh I would had that car and make this and that to it) and then I remember I actually have my dream car just sitting haha.

The paint shop is finishing some paint at the legendary house ( not because its legendary itself but because there is a legend that it will, some day, be finished ) I told them to focus on it and then the car.

Mind you this is the same shop that has been the bottleneck of finishing the house for the past year too.

Painters gonna paint.

Great thread but wth, over a year in a body shop? Is this even real anymore? Or is the car finished and you just forgot about us, your loyal audience? Kind of addicted to reading those silly threads of yours and it would be nice of you to feed my addiction and make an update on that ovely dramatic story.

Always love reading your builds. However i do have to comment on a few things.

WHAT IN FUCKING GODS NAME IS TAKING THAT SHOP SO GOD DAMN FUCKING LONG??????

Seriously. That is appalling its taken so far 11 months and counting for those repairs and paint. I dont know if your dramitizng the timeline for a better story (perfectly acceptable and i hope this is the case) or they truly are the slowest shop ive ever heard of lol

I manage and run a body shop on a daily basis, and im embarressed for the time its taking them.

Granted the work looks to be quality, but even still. I hope your getting a super mega uber sized step brother hook me up deal on the price.

I have started and deleted 4 different replies and I really don't know how to approach the story telling of this ridiculous situation.

There is a way to tell a big story and make it entertaining for those of you that like to know what I had for breakfast explained in simple text.

BUT

That would be awfully long and stupid for those that just want to see progress on the car.

So at this time I will contain myself to explain a situation that has nothing to do with the car on the car thread.

- No, Funds are there
- No, I am not getting divorced
- No, Chips Ahoy chocolate chips are NOT real chocolate
- Yes, being a good person is often considered as being stupid.
