Greetings all...
I'm sure this has been discussed many a times before - I have done a lot of searching but finding it hard to get accurate information.
I have a 1972 280SE 3.5. Just recently got new springs and shocks. Now I have the urge to reduce the ride high. I've been told by many that cutting the springs is totally fine on these W108s. But the big question is how much do you cut the rear spring and the diff spring?
I was thinking I'd start off easy and just cut one coil from the rear springs, but have no idea what I should then do to the diff spring.
Does anyone out there have experience with this? Would be great to hear from you!
Cheers
