Why didn't my OZ barrels and lips fit my ACS type 2s?

I'm a newb when it comes to building wheels. I just bought 17x11.5 OZ barrels with 4.5 lip and when I went to throw on my centers from my type twos, the holes didn't line up!

So now I have (2) 4.5"lips and 7"barrels for sale!

anywho, came to find out my 17x10.5 barrel has five cracks, so if anyone can help me locate a Acs type 2 barrel that would be amazing.
