Wheel adapters 5x100 to 5x112

First and for most, I am sort of a noobie when it comes to this type of stuff, so please bear with me.
I'm trying to figure out what exact size wheel adapters I need to get for my Vw 03' Passat (wheel pattern 5x112) I am putting on my 03' Jetta Stock wheels(wheel pattern 5x100) I don't know what thickness to get or what brand and all and I want them to be correct so there is no vibration or any problems, any help for me out there? Thanks

Adaptec or similar would be where I would going for mine. The thickness of the adapters will typically be about 25mm, but you can specify custom widths if you need to go wider. As for what width you might want, it depends on the offsets and widths of the stock Passat wheels and the Jetta wheels and how tight of fitment you want.
