  • My Auto-x shots...

I figured with the 3rd event of the season having just finished I would post up my shots. I am still learning when it comes to moving shots so don't be harsh.

Any tips or suggestions would be great.

    Cheers.

what settings are you shooting on? also what camera and lens?

the shoots look good, but there are a few things you can do to make them great.

all of event number 1 were taken with a rebel xti and a 75-300, the 2nd and 3rd event are a mix of that, and a T2i with the kit lens. all setting should be attached to the images in my flickr.

      tips?

Drop your shutter speed to about 50-60, and try that, get some good panning shots. A good amount of the pictures look like there pixelated, or on their way there. If at all possible, go to a closer spot to the action. This way you will not have to crop at all, or if you didnt, its just they seem far way from what your shooting. Just mess around with the panning, and the shots will be better, because panning wins always at races.
