So I just received my ebay camber plates, I purchased them through Ebay ID: TunningPartsMaster and they had FANTASTIC customer service and really helped me out. They cost $102 shipped and I am very impressed with the quality, the aluminum seems to be high quality and it uses all 8.8 zinc plated hardware so I don't think it will be rusting or snapping. The bearing is very tight and also seems to be replaceable if it every wears out.

Im going to install them tomorrow and see how the feel, the are very low profile and should give me more suspension travel than stock top hats. Honestly I would not hesitate to buy these again and they are 1/3 the price of "name brand" camber plates. thumbs up from me!

I plan on picking up another E36 so I would like to hear if you feel the same way after you have put them to some serious use drifting.

I'm going to try and clock them so that I can add camber and caster even though they are camber only, I'm not sure if that is possible but i would really like to add a little more caster to help self centering. Ill let you know how they feel.

              update

Some good news and some bad, I finally got my camber plates and installed and I'm pretty happy with them, didn't really get as much camber as I had hoped but still platy for some spacers. the are quite and the front end feels really tight

so my plan is to run my caber plates clocked like this or turned 90 deg so I can run a ton of caster and use washers at the bottom.

              now... the bad newssss.....

so I was out one night before I welded my diff and I went to slide this offramp and the diff locked, then unlocked and I spun, and because I was rolling backwards my abs kicks in immediately and basically made my breaks utterly useless and and i hit a guard rail, I honestly was supper lucky I guess..

but I welded my diff and have been sliding, I just picked up some more tires and hopefully I can use my boys go pro and get some videos but we will see. he's some pics of me and boys,

The exact same thing happened to me, except I wasn't drifting haha. Your damage is way better than mine though.

                  OP NO LOL
                  1) Why are you street drifting
                  2) why are you drifting with an old LSD on an ON RAMP. street drifting is fucking retarded, and if you're going to do it do NOT do it with anything other than a weldy. the street is too unforgiving for anything other than the consistency of either a 2 way or a welded diff.
                  3) WHY do you still have ABS

OP this is bad. really bad.

                  Car looks good though.

I think you should lessen the camber in the rear a bit, you have to consider that whenever the car squats (when sliding, for example) the car gains camber. not saying zero, but like 1 and a half or 2 degrees would be cool. not my car, but thats how i would do it.

I know i know I was waiting to get gas for my welder and was putting off the work and it bit me in the ass for sure. I have a nice welded in there now and love it. As far as camber goes I can't really get any less without ruining my fenders and I'm not ready to do that yet. Also I'm keeping the abs till winter is over i live on poorly maintained roads with lots of deer and would rather not total it. but believe me the abs relay will be pulled. but i have much worse news haha.

So like 2 days before i left to go back to school i decided to do a nice burnout.. well the first time it went great. the second time the clutch wanted nothing to do with 2nd gear and 7k rpm..
go about 3 weeks back and there are 2 videos http://instagram.com/dimitriantoniou/

So on the list is a FX racing lightweight steel flywheel and 6 puck kevlar clutch lol.

I also managed to get a dent in my front fender, I'm pretty sure it was a hit and run and it was on the passenger side and covered in snowy/salt and who knows when it happened.

But i did manage to get a KILLER deal on some seats $400 for seats and sliders

So next on the list is spacers, rack spacers and stiffer rear springs and shocks. Here are some pics just because.

On the trailer after I grenaded the clutch.

hahah yea its hard to watch, it felt funny but I just couldn't really react in time idk. But yea man I love the way it "used" to slide. I removed the rear sway bar, welded diff, a little bit of front camber and some healthy clutch kicks really make her dance. I'm sure with the new clutch its going to be even better because the clutch slipped before.

Loving how this is turning out so far. The battle stance and the drifting antics only ads to it.
