I have a set of pretty rare Epsilon southern way 5-spoke wheels. The wheels have never been taken apart. the paint is in pretty good shape. As for the lips they are polished and 2 of the have a little dent in the lip which can be fixed very easily See pics. the other 2 are in near perfect condition.
