So this is my running and driving (albeit crappily) 1983 733i. I got it as a car to learn on and to enjoy so its life may be very short.
(I have no idea how to get these pics to work. I have flickr.)
It has a few problems:
Exhaust leak
Fuel starves on the bottom of hills or long idles
Wiring is completely botched by the previous owner
It is painted with bedliner
Everything inside is rotted due to leaks
A/c obviously is crud as well as instrumentation
Its been sitting for a few years
However no matter how crappy the car is it is still mine to learn on and hopefully make into something better. Also since its been so trashed I have some fun plans for it
. Starting a build thread soon and I have already started to change some things.
