      Thanks for the reply's!

Koni's where old new stock. Haven't seen them for the front yet.
Don't know 'bout the steelies, bought them as is. I believe there widened 1inch (best is 0.5" front and 1.5" rear, I'm running 1cm, spacers in the rear). Tire size, I'll have to check.

I have a 1.8 GLX. Wheels are 16". Interior is original leather. This was an option in some exclusive Baleno's in the Netherlands. I believe it was only available in black sedans. So this interior came out of a parts car.
I also have chrome doorhandles, which was an option at the time. The chrome headunitrings are aftermarket, don't know where they came from. Pedals and gearshiftknob are from an Ignis Sport.
And steering wheel is out of an 2008 swift sport, with working buttons.

A lot is done on the mk1 swift.

                  - central doorlocking with remote hooked up
                  - power windows installed
                  - automatic window closing on the central locking remote installed
                  - and a lot of tiny eletrical issues.

                  Spaghetti:

Threaded injectorholes and plugged them. So the engine is ready for some abuse.

Still to do: exhaust and some small MOT issues. I'd like to see this thing ready whithin a month.

Love both cars but the Baleno Estate really caught my attention. It was my first car and I have a real soft spot for those as a result. Looks great with the new wheels!

Finally I've got MOT on the mk1! Put some insurance on it en drove it home. The car sounds briljant, pure engine/carb/exhaust sound. Still lots of small things to do.
                          - Rollcage (I have it, just need to weld it in)
                          - Speedometer doesn’t work, probably something small, it’s only 1 cable between the counter and gearbox
                          - Clean interior
                          - Clean exterior
                          - Drop the frontcoils
                          - Roll the guards
                          - Put the amp, speakers and sub back in
                          - Maybe do something with the looks of the trunk

But first the cylinderhead needs to come of again, the headgasket is leaking. While fixing that, maybe I’ll send some stuff to the chromeplater.

Back on the car again, ready for summer!

Meanwhile, I'm disassembling the cylinderhead of the MK1 because of a leaking headgasket.
