17" OZ lip bore and pitch

Would anyone please be able provide the bore and pitch circle dimensions for 17" 35-bolt OZ wheels? Or is there a database for all the various 3-piece wheel dimensions anywhere? It would be neat to see which manufacturers use interchangeable barrels/lips.
I have searched the internet, but without much luck.
The dimensions I am seeking are labeled ZD and LK in the picture below.
