Assuming you actually mean the 25 sidewall and assuming you get the tire to hold air, which itself is not a sure thing, there would be quite a gap between the lip and the rubber I imagine. 25 sidewall will be incredibly hard to stretch as is, and if your wheels do not have a certain shape it may be impossible.
All I'm saying is that I've not seen it done before and in these sizes.
For the minor chance you actually meant 35 sidewall, that would be no problem.

thank you for your answer. I actually meant 25 sidewall. But I now have 275/30 for the 11.5. They were on a 12inch rim before, so I guess they will fit
