Yeah I hope they work out. The parts are pretty easy to source especially if you're patient and wait for a set to show up on eBay that's in the US. Everything else can be bought easily.

Hardest part will be tuning them properly. But first thing's first I want to finish rebuilding my wheels!

Yeah there are plenty of people running them so they work, just gonna fine tune them. Im leaning towards running a 4age silvertop in my hardbody, so ill be running the same itbs if I go through with it haha

Couple of small things going on. Painted my valve cover wrinkle black, but it came out shitty and I didn't really like it. So I stripped it all and will repaint today. Also reinstalled the baffling with Permatex Ultra Black.

Also fitted my catch can with a ghetto bracket for now.

And began refinishing the RMs. So far I'm just going to paint the hex cap and dimple ring to see if I like the paint. Then proceed to do all of the hexes and wheel faces also.
Using Dupli-Color wheel paint. Pictures make it seem like a nice OEMish silver color. Which is what I'm going for. We'll see after paint though!

I wanted to. But it's so much freakin work lol. I handpolished the brake booster line and that took a long time. I may pick up a spare and just work on it when I'm bored. A half hour here and there. I don't know if there's enough Netflix movies to get me through it in one shot lol.

What color are you going on the valve cover? I did metallic brass with gold flake on mine for my red Miata, looks dope

Its a metallic black. Almost a really dark grey. It came out pretty good. Hopefully I can get some pics of it dry tomorrow.

                          That looks good.

Here's the hex cap and dimple ring, the silver came out pretty nice.

All done. Just need some vacuum caps for the intake manifold/intake (where you see the zipties). And to redo the lettering. Also bought another valve cover (from a 1.8 protege) to polish in my spare time.

Yeah I plan on picking up some adjustable cam gears too. Hopefully its easy to polish otherwise I may just have it powder coated
