Project catch can!!!!
Two -10 an ports for the vacuum venturi system
Stainless mesh to prevent any material from the catch can escaping
Attaching these mesh screens by the trusty rivet method
Inside welding all the bungs as well
I think it looks pretty slick
Three -8 an ports for the three factory valve cover pcv outlets
A little drain for ease of maintenance
Divider with mesh screen to keep the two chambers of the catch can separated
Mounting lugs
Mock up before final tack/assembly
Internal tube to capture/condense the vapor
Dimple dies are full of uses
Press
BAM! dimple flare
This flare enables a better fit for the three top ports
Prep and then weld!
Fitment is everything
Corner welds on all corners
Aluminum media is the final piece to the puzzle
Tack
Weld
This will be the final location
Still need to make the body mounts but I will save that for another day
