  • Pinched airline, would it....

Hi might be another newbie question but I don`t know anyone running air close to me.

The systems is an Accuair e level.

Whilst driving along and raising the car I think an airline got pinched...the right front wheel wouldn`t raise and the compressor wouldn`t turn on

The question is if an airline gets pinched would it stop the compressor from turning on for safety etc?

I drove home had a look and moved the line till I could re-inflate the said bag. The compressor started working, after that I added some cable ties to secure the line better. I just want to know if my theory is correct so I`ll be able to trouble shoot in the future

No, if your compressor won't turn on test your relay and check for grounds and power coming in

The compressor is triggered on/off when the tank pressure hits a certain PSI level you have it set to, not by the pressure in the air lines.
