Time for another update

I wasnt happy with the shift linkage i made years ago.. so i had to make another one...
some time with lathe..



and finished piece next to the old one..

Next up.. gearbox in to benz..

So.. i was hoping that i could get this thing started on august.. my summervacation went and hands was full. Helped 2 of my friends get their cars started and running.. now those are done, at least my part.. spent some time tuning and fixing bikes as well ... but that means i got new parts so not started yet, but moving on!

Got the steering wheel as my birthday gift, which was nice.. light modification had to be done to fit nardi horn button with snap-off quick release..

ps. dont mind the wiring just look at the wheel


Fuel pump setup almost done, and wiring done pumps work, pluming done...

Not sure if forum users wants to read this or not... anyways..

Got 3d model of the intercooler and flow test of it


Had to modify the compressor housing..


This is how it looks in real life after some work & 0,5 square meter of 2mm aluminium sheet..


I did turn the engine over first time, and got oilpressure so things going forwards, ordered bunch of missing pieces and hopefully get it started before xmas.. anyways, its already winter so next time its possible to drive this on road is 5months away..
